About
Bruno Brunskill has over 40 years experience working in public and private sector security businesses. Early experience was in physical security, personnel and security policy.
More recently Bruno has become a highly knowledgeable cyber risk assurance specialist. He is a Chartered Cyber Security Professional, holds Developed Vetting clearance and is ISC2 CISSP certified.
Independent risk assurance assessments
Brunskill Security Consulting (BSC) provides independent risk assurance assessments previously known as security accreditation. These have been developed for private and public sector clients.
Gap analysis
BSC analyses the degree of a client's compliance with industry standards, for example ISO/IEC 27001, SANS Top 20, 10 Steps to Cyber Security and 14 Cloud Security Principles.
Get certified
BSC will facilitate clients' Cyber Essentials and/or IASME Cyber Assurance certifications. Costs start at £300.00 + VAT for a micro company and increase for larger companies, see full list of charges on IASME
website under each certification.
Cyber Essentials is a prerequisite to applying for IASME Cyber Assurance Level 1 (ICA1). ICA1 includes a self-assessment of a client's personal data management against the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 2018 [EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)].
IASME Cyber Assurance Level 2 is an independent audit of the processes, procedures and controls stated in a Level 1 self-assessment.
BSC offers consulting packages in support of self assessments at discounted rates for small businesses and sole traders.
